Danielle and Denise correctly identified that it is the Jonsberg Vase from Ikea!

I must say that initially I was a little surprised to find that this vase came from Ikea. It looks so high end to me. Goes to show you that beautiful design can be found at great prices.
Unfortunately the vase is no longer available because it was available in stores over a year ago. That leaves me with the option to either try to find one on ebay or to come up with a DIY project.

I know these are still available in some stores. I just purchased this exact same one at our Ikea yesterday. I know they are still on the Ikea website and you can search to see which stores still have them in stock. Hope this helps!

IKEA has many pink Jonsberg vases in Costa Mesa, Ca. Was just there and will buy a couple. They also have them in black and gray.
