{My Weekend} The Party Continues

Are you tired of hearing about my birthmonth celebration yet?  Yes, I realize it's now June.  But I'm not going to complain.

My husband had yet another surprise for me.  He put together a great evening out with friends.  He hired a car and arranged for my son to sleep over my parent's house.  Thanks Mom and Dad!  We started at a new local tavern.  The atmosphere was great and the company was even better.

Then we went to a late night after hours place.  The music was great and drinks were being poured...and poured...and poured.

We'll just say that I spent the better part of Sunday recouping.

In case you were thinking that I am an extremely spoiled person, this year my birthday was kind of a big deal.  It was one of those milestone years that has a "0" at the end.  :)

 

I will say that it was certainly memorable and I was terribly spoiled.  I feel blessed to be so loved by my family and friends.  Now that May is over I guess it's back to reality.
