Setting a Holiday Table

This year my holiday table will glitter with gold, white and touches of red.

I incorporated items that I already had and added a few new touches.  (I love to buy decor on sale after the season and pack it away for the following year...it's like opening a new gift at the beginning of the season each year!)

A mirror sets the centerpiece with my favorite tealight candles.  The reindeer and linens were purchased at TJ Maxx. (Of course at a steal!)  To add height I giftwrapped a tissue box.  The gold beaded garland was one of my after season finds.

The table runner was created using ribbon.  A simple solution that can be applied to any themed table.

A simple hurricane filled with ornaments adds some color.  (Again a TJ Maxx find!).  A special gift box covered in flowers is a simple DIY.  (Tutorial to follow.)

Are you ready for holiday entertaining?  How do you set your holiday table?

XOXO,

  12. Another amazing idea I got from this site. Never had to use the gold touch on any of my table set up so I think this is a wonderful idea. Time to change!
